How to Cancel your Signaturely Plan

We are sad to see you go; we understand that sometimes you may not need eSignatures for a specific month. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to cancel your Signaturely paid account. 

1) Login and go to your Signaturely Settings. 

2) Go to the Billing tab on the settings

3) Scroll down and click on the “Cancel Subscription” Button 

4) Click “Cancel Subscription” on the Pop-up. After that, your account should be downgraded to the free plan at the end of your billing period.

5) Please verify the Billing tab that your plan is set to Free. This way, you will be able to access all the documents that you got signed using  Signaturely.
