How to add a custom signing order (NEW)


We are glad to see that you will test our new document workflow. This guide will teach you how to set up a custom signing order with our new workflow. 


Please follow these steps to get started.


1) Log in to the Signaturely Web App


2) Go to the Sign Section/Template Section


3) Upload the File that you want to setup. (You can connect one of our Integration to upload your file from there)


4) Click “Sign the Document” / “Fill Template” to Proceed. You should be able to see the preview of your document.


6) Add the Signers by typing their Name and Email address or set up the roles if you are using a Template.


7) Make sure to enable the custom signing by checking the Checkbox below the Signers/Roles 


8) Order all your signer by dragging and dropping them.

9) Proceed to Send your Signature request or set up your template.
