Which fields can you use on Signaturely?
When using Signaturely, you will have the option to add fields as you need. In this article, you will learn which fields you can use on our templates and documents.
These are the available fields that you will be able to use on your document:
a) Sign: This field will assign a space where the signers will sign the document.
b) Initial: This field will assign a space where the signers will add their initials.
c) Date: This field will display the date when the document is signed. You can select the Font Family if you need to change it to match your document’s font.
d) Text: The signer can fill this field with any text that is required. For example:
- Birth Date
- Address
- Fullname
- Job Title
You also can select the Font Family if you need to change it to match your document’s font.
e) Checkbox: The signer can check this box on a form; you can check it by default.
You can assign all these fields to a specific signer from the dropdown menu on the right. If you want to set fields as required, check the box to make it required and unmark if you don’t need it to be required.
