How to fix linearization on PDF File
In this guide, you will learn how to save the document appropriately. Some documents that have issues with linearization can have the following issues.
- Misaligned Signatures after the document is submitted.
- Misaligned Initials after the document is submitted.
- Misaligned textbox after the document is submitted.
- Misaligned Checkboxes after the document is submitted.
- Error on the document upload
- Error on the document display
Follow these steps to save the document again.
1) Open the PDF file on Chrome.
2) Click on the Print Button.
3) Assign the destination as “Save a PDF.”
4) Select your Destination and save it.
